A recent leadership framework I was introduced to, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, offers a powerful lens on what holds teams back. But today, I want to flip the script. Instead of focusing on dysfunction, what if we focused on the foundations of thriving, high-performing teams?
